This patient, a woman in her 50s from Boston, MA, felt that her upper eyelids made her appear tired. To refresh and rejuvenate her eyes, we performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) using local anesthesia only. She is shown just over 3 months post-procedure, with her incisions now virtually imperceptible.
