This female patient in her 30s from Boston, Massachusetts, presented with concerns of lifelong under-eye bags and asymmetry that contributed to a tired appearance. She underwent a scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Vickram Tandon to address excess fat and improve contour. She is shown here three months post-operatively with a smoother, more balanced under-eye appearance and a refreshed look. Fat transfer was not performed at this time, as the patient plans to initiate a GLP-1 medication and may consider fat transfer after completing treatment. She is very pleased with her results.
