This patient in her 30s had lost a lot of weight through diet and exercise and was bothered by loss of volume and sagging in her breasts. She is shown 4 months out from bilateral augmentation - mastopexy with internal bra (Galaflex) support. Mentor Memory Gel Xtra High Profile 415 cc Implants were used.
