This female patient in her 20s from Boston, Massachusetts, had undergone breast augmentation with another surgeon and was unhappy with the result. Her implants sat toward her armpit, leaving her feeling very wide and unable to achieve any cleavage. She also felt the overall implant size was too large for her frame.
Dr. Vickram Tandon performed a breast implant revision, downsizing her Mentor implants to Motiva ERSF-375 implants for a softer upper pole and improved cleavage despite the smaller size. Internal bra support was used, and Alloclae was injected into the cleavage region to further accentuate her shape.
She is shown here 3 months post-operatively and loves her result. Her results will continue to refine as residual swelling resolves over the coming months.
