This patient from Boston, MA, presented with natural breast asymmetry, including differences in breast volume and nipple position. To create a more balanced, natural-looking result, Dr. Vickram Tandon customized her breast augmentation using different Natrelle implants on each side: a 295 cc Moderate Profile implant on the left and a 345 cc Full Profile implant on the right. Rather than using matching implants, the surgical plan was tailored to her unique anatomy to improve overall symmetry.
A breast lift (mastopexy) was discussed to further address nipple asymmetry, but the patient chose breast augmentation alone to avoid additional incisions. Using a dual plane technique, Dr. Tandon achieved fuller, more proportionate breasts with a soft, natural contour. Shown here two years after surgery, she is thrilled with her long-term results.
