This 31-year-old female patient from Boston, Massachusetts, was dissatisfied with breast asymmetry and a lack of upper pole volume despite having good natural volume in the lower pole of her breasts. She and Dr. Vickram Tandon discussed a breast lift, but ultimately decided against it to maintain a more natural aesthetic.

She underwent Motiva Preservé breast augmentation using Motiva Ergonomix Demi, Moderate Profile implants, 205 cc on the left and 190 cc on the right, to address her existing asymmetry and restore subtle upper pole fullness.
