This female patient from Boston, Massachusetts desired restoration of breast volume and shape following pregnancy and breastfeeding. She underwent Preservé by Motiva breast augmentation with periareolar mastopexy performed by Dr. Vickram Tandon using a Motiva Ergonomix Demi (Moderate Profile) 230 cc implant.

She is shown here two months post-operatively with beautiful early shape, restored upper pole fullness, and improved breast position. Her results will continue to soften and settle over the coming months. She has returned to her normal activities and is very pleased with her natural-looking enhancement.
