This female patient in her 30s from Boston, Massachusetts, achieved significant weight loss of over 200 lbs and presented with concerns of breast deflation and upper torso laxity. She underwent a breast lift with autoaugmentation performed by Dr. Vickram Tandon to restore shape, volume, and projection using her own tissue. She is shown here four months post-operatively with improved breast position, contour, and fullness. Incisions are healing well and will continue to soften over time. The patient is very pleased with her results and overall transformation.
